Job Description

About the role

This role is responsible for driving end‑to‑end brand and campaign execution, ensuring cohesive storytelling across retail, digital, and e‑commerce channels. It also elevates in‑store and online visibility by partnering with sales teams, retailers, and agencies to deliver impactful POSM, promotions, and platform‑specific activations. A key responsibility is to analyse performance and manage A&P investments to unlock growth opportunities and maximize marketing ROI.

  • Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and executing annual marketing plans and product launch strategies.
  • Lead the rollout of 360° marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging across ATL, BTL, and digital touchpoints.
  • Brief and manage creative, PR, and media agencies to deliver high-impact assets on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to design and deploy eye-catching Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM), window displays, and planograms.
  • Develop retailer-specific promotional mechanics and exclusive bundles to drive foot traffic and off-take.
  • Monitor on-ground execution, conduct regular store visits, and gather feedback from beauty advisors to optimize the in-store consumer journey.
  • Drive the e-commerce marketing calendar, aligning with major platform mega-campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, Birthday Sales).
  • Optimise digital merchandising, product listing pages (PDPs), and search visibility (SEO/SEM) on e-tailer platforms.
  • Work closely with the regional marketing team to manage performance marketing budgets, ensuring strong ROI on paid ads (CPAS, social commerce).
  • Track and analyse monthly brand performance and e-commerce metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage and track the A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budget, ensuring efficient fund allocation.

Desired Skills And Experience

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in brand management or trade marketing, ideally within the FMCG, Beauty, or Personal Care industries.
  • Omnichannel Exposure: Proven experience managing both brick-and-mortar retail execution (H&B chains) and e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data interpretation, analytical mindset
