Role Overview
Optimising and securing the long-term value of the brands; developing and implementing strategic and tactical marketing initiatives which translates into brand profitability and volume; as well as identifying new opportunities for future brand growth.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare the annual brand strategy/plans to ensure the achievement of the overall commercial objectives and strategy
- End-to-end brand innovation/campaigns from ideation, conceptualisation to launch
- Develop the digital marketing strategy and platforms
- Ensure marketing activities is in accordance with the agreed brand positioning strategy
- Implement marketing initiatives to achieve objectives of the brand
- Continuously evaluate and develop the position of the brand
- Responsible for managing marketing budget for the brand
- Identify and analyse market reactions & results of marketing activities
- Drive effective communication with all stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain, Group Communications) and partners (agencies)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Economics or Business Administration
- Min 5 years experience within brand/marketing management in an operating company environment in FMCG industry
- Extensive experience of working with advertising, media agencies
- Savvy in digital marketing and numbers & figures
- Innovative and constantly thinks outside the box
- Excellent communicator and presentation skills
- Has a terrific pulse of the market - latest trends, consumer demands
- Action-oriented, persistent and a change driver
- High work capacity and team-oriented
- Strong conceptual thinking with an eye for detail
- Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude and pleasant outgoing personality
- Computer literate and fluent in English.
