Assistant Campaign Manager (Based in Malaysia)

Fabulate is growing fast and were looking for a proactive, ambitious Assistant Campaign Manager to join our regional team. If youre passionate about the creator economy and eager to deliver impactful influencer marketing campaigns across Southeast Asia, this role is for you.

Youll be based in Malaysia, supporting our Client Partner in Singapore to manage high-value accounts and ensure campaigns run seamlessly from start to finish. This role gives you the chance to work on global and regional brands, collaborate with top creators, and sharpen your skills in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

This is a remote-first role with big growth potential perfect for someone who thrives on ownership, problem-solving, and building strong relationships.

What You&aposll Do:

Client + Account Support:

  • Partner with the Client Partner to manage key accounts and deliver measurable campaign results
  • Prepare client updates, reports, and actionable recommendations
  • Spot opportunities to grow and strengthen client relationships

Influencer Sourcing + Campaign Execution:

  • Turn client briefs into curated influencer shortlists using the Fabulate platform
  • Lead outreach, negotiations, and onboarding of creators aligned with campaign goals
  • Manage timelines, content submissions, and deliverables to keep campaigns on track

Onboarding + Relationship Management:

  • Guide creators through the onboarding process, ensuring they feel supported and set up for success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and agencies to drive smooth collaborations

Reporting and Insights:

  • Track and verify campaign data including impressions, engagement, and deliverables
  • Prepare client-facing reports with performance insights and clear recommendations
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting that aligns with KPIs

What we&aposre looking for:

  • Experience: At least 1 year in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or client services
  • Campaign Management Skills: Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and stakeholders with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Communication: Confident, clear communicator with excellent written and spoken English
  • Digital Fluency: Comfortable using online platforms, spreadsheets, and task tools (social platform experience is a plus)
  • Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing complex processes with accuracy and structure
  • Proactive Mindset: Someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and drives results without waiting to be asked
  • Regional Awareness: Familiar with the creator economy and media landscape across Southeast Asia
  • Collaboration: A team player who thrives in a remote-first, fast-moving environment
  • Availability: Able to work 9am6pm Singapore time
