Through these activities, children develop critical computational thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and collaboration skills. At CIY.Club, all coaches are professionally trained in the latest technologies, providing a fully supportive learning environment for young technology enthusiasts, whether they are beginners or advanced learners.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Coach at CIY.Club, located in Selangor, Bandar Rimabayu Malaysia. The Assistant Coach will support the delivery of hands-on digital technology and coding workshops for children aged 7-17. Responsibilities include assisting in lesson planning, guiding students through their learning activities, ensuring a positive and interactive classroom environment, and staying updated on the latest trends in digital technology to provide high-quality coaching. The role also involves working closely with parents and other coaches to ensure a comprehensive learning experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in digital technology topics such as Coding, Robotics, 3D Printing, or Game Creation
• Effective communication skills to engage with children, parents, and team members
• Strong teaching, mentoring, and presentation skills in a classroom setting
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching children and fostering their curiosity
• Ability to stay updated on evolving digital technologies and implement them in teaching modules
• Experience working with students or in an education-related role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field is preferred
