Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kuala Lumpur for an Assistant Company Secretary. The responsibilities will include preparing and managing corporate governance documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, maintaining statutory records, and assisting with company secretarial duties. Additional tasks may include liaising with internal and external stakeholders, filing statutory returns, and maintaining relationships with regulatory authorities to ensure smooth operational procedures.

Salary Rm 2800-3500 with other benefits.

Qualifications

  • Remind current clients to submit their yearly returns and collect fees on a monthly basis.
  • Proficiency in corporate secretarial practices, compliance, and governance standards
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills
  • Proficient in documents preparation to submit in SSM.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in Business, Law, or related fields are advantageous
  • Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in a company secretarial role is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with Malaysian corporate laws and statutory compliance requirements
