Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Customer Service Manager at Electric Library (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. located in Cyberjaya. The Assistant Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction, overseeing customer service operations, providing customer support, utilizing sales and marketing skills for telemarketing purposes and effective communication on a day-to-day basis.

  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support skills
  • Analytical Skills
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Experience in customer service or related field
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Information Science Background will be an added advantage
  • Familiarity with tender / sebutharga exercises will be beneficial
  • Must have experience in cold calling and telemarketing services
