Job Description

Job Responsibility

Supervise and monitor children in the daycare center to ensure their safety and well-being at all times.
Plan and implement appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
Create and maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly environment within the daycare facility.
Assist with meal and snack times, ensuring that children receive nutritious and balanced meals as per guidelines.
Change diapers, assist with toilet training, and ensure that children's personal hygiene needs are met.
Foster positive interactions among children and encourage social skills development.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns.
Collaborate with other daycare staff to ensure a smooth and cohesive operation of the daycare center.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education or related certifications are a plus.
Previous experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting is preferred.
Passion for working with children and promoting their growth and development.
Knowledge of child development principles and appropriate activities.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
Patience, empathy, and a nurturing demeanor.
Ability to handle challenging situations and emergencies calmly and responsibly.
