Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing & Screening
Source consultant specialists via hospital visits, social media, professional networks, and agencies.
Screen resumes and support initial assessments and meetings with candidates.
Coordinate communication between candidates and hospital CEOs.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate Malaysia Specialists data and talent pools in the SMG Portal.
Keep candidate databases updated for current and future needs.
Provide regular recruitment progress reports to HOD and hospital CEOs.
Collaboration & Candidate Engagement
Work closely with the SMG team on sourcing strategies and consistent candidate communication.
Follow up with candidates, address concerns, and communicate the organization's value proposition.
Marketing, Events & Employer Branding
Support recruitment marketing activities, medical conferences, and overseas events.
Coordinate with Marketing Communications on pre-event preparation and approvals.
Contribute to strengthening the hospital's employer brand.
Market & Competitive Insights
Support competitor analysis (SWOT) and provide feedback on market trends and competitor behaviour.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
At least 3 to 6 years experience in the Pharmaceutical/Medical/Nutrition industry as Sales Representative/Key Account Executive.
Experience in MOH/MOE hospitals coverage is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Familiarity with medical terminology and knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
A high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive candidate information.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
