Assistant Design Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and coordinating MEP design activities across multiple projects.
• Review and validate design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements, codes, and standards.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve design-related issues and ensure timely delivery of design outputs.
• Support design meetings, workshops, and coordination sessions to align project stakeholders.
• Monitor design progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure integration of MEP systems with architectural and structural designs.
• Assist in preparing design reports, schedules, and documentation for submission and approvals.
• Provide technical input during tendering, procurement, and construction phases.
• Support value engineering initiatives to optimize design efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain awareness of industry best practices, new technologies, and regulatory updates relevant to MEP design.
