Goco Industries Sdn. Bhd. have been the manufacturer, distributor and exporter to overseas PVC Rain Boots and Safety Boots since 1968 which comprise various colours, sizes, designs and height.

We are specialized in producing high-quality and reliable safety boots and shoes serving all industries. At Goco, we have earned the reputation for manufacturing high quality footwear. Our attention to detail and commitment to excellence for every production, coupled with our experience and knowledge of the industries we serve, ensure that our safety boots meet your application requirements, part specifications, and quality standards. Our safety boots are designed for safety, comfort and durability. They offer water-proof, grease-proof, chemical-resistant and electric shock resistant. They are specially designed for rugged industrial environment and provide impact cushioning for the whole foot.

Our products are all impervious to water, anti-static and of the best quality in Malaysia which were/are currently used extensively in sectors such as hospital, construction, agriculture, aqua-culture, fisheries, wet market, sterilization and food processing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing Execution

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels (social media, email,search engines).
  • Create, schedule, and publish content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports (reach, engagement, conversions).

2. Branding & Content Creation

  • Support the development of brand identity, tone, and visual consistency.
  • Design simple creatives (posts, banners, ads) using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
  • Write captions, product descriptions, and promotional copy aligned with brand messaging.

3. Brand Development

  • Assist in building and strengthening the brand positioning and market presence.
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify branding opportunities.
  • Support the creation and implementation of brand strategies to increase awareness and loyalty.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications are consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Help develop long-term brand growth plans and initiatives.

4. E-Commerce Management

  • Assist in managing online stores on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, etc.
  • Upload and update product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, inventory).
  • Coordinate promotions, vouchers, and campaign participation (e.g., mega sales).

5. Website & UX Support

  • Update website content and ensure product pages are accurate and appealing.
  • Help improve user experience (UX) to increase conversion rates.
  • Work with developers or platforms when needed for updates.

6. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rate, and sales.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics to analyze user behavior.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

7. Campaign & Promotion Support

  • Assist in planning seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams or external vendors (designers, influencers).
  • Support execution of paid ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).

8. Customer Engagement

  • Respond to customer inquiries on social media and e-commerce platforms.
  • Monitor reviews and feedback, ensuring timely responses.
  • Help maintain positive brand image and customer satisfaction.
