Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Effective, efficient management and upkeep of Pantai & Gleneagles websites.
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to keep website content refreshed and optimized to be search engine friendly (search engine optimization).
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure technical infrastructure is robust for optimal website performance.
  • Manage external vendors for online advertising, including setting and driving key performance indicators (Pay-per-click advertising).
  • Perform website updates, troubleshoot errors when necessary.
  • Monitor and evaluate hospitals digital/online campaign performance, website analytics, leads and conversion on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to reach annual targets
  • Lead digital initiatives with out-of-the-box ideas and execute campaigns/programs together with Marketing & Communications and PR department.
  • Continuously monitor digital media trends and analyze data for continuous improvements, enhancement and brand engagement.
  • Update/formulate policies and procedures to meet present work requirements pertaining to the department.
  • Manage effective usage of allocated budget and monitor ROI.
  • Drive engagement conversion and content distribution through Pantai & Gleneagles social media effort
  • To perform other duties which may be assigned form time to time by the Head of Marketing or designated representative on behalf of the Management.
  • Collaborate with respective stakeholders in executing day to day CRM activities.

Qualification and Experience

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing/Communications or relevant disciplines.
  • At least 3 years working experience in Digital Marketing/Web or related field.
  • Proven track record in planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Creative, resourceful, results oriented and organized in managing daily task with minimal supervision.
  • A good team player and self–starter with excellent communications, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work on several projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to provide leadership and direction to internal team and external agencies in delivering results.
  • Must possess excellent written, proof reading and presentation skills.
  • This role is open to applicants who do not require visa or employment pass sponsorship.
