Job Description

Responsible for driving revenue growth, event sales, and brand awareness across the hotel's portfolio of restaurants, bars, lounges, and dining venues. The role focuses on securing corporate and social business, developing strategic partnerships, and executing commercial initiatives that increase guest traffic, maximise revenue, and strengthen market presence. Working collaboratively with Operations and Marketing, the Assistant Director of Sales – F&B supports both immediate sales performance and the long-term growth of the hotel's Food & Beverage business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual F&B revenue and event sales targets.
  • Generate business through corporate accounts, private dining, celebrations, group bookings, and special events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and strategic partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and promotional initiatives to drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to execute campaigns, events, and outlet activations.
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and prepare performance reports.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in hospitality sales, event sales, or luxury F&B operations.
  • Proven track record in revenue generation and business development.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Commercially driven with excellent communication and analytical skills.
