Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur for an Assistant Director of Sales (Proactive). The role involves overseeing proactive sales efforts, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong, positive relationships with existing clients. The Assistant Director will lead sales presentations, create and implement effective sales strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed revenue goals. This role also includes managing and mentoring the sales team to drive performance and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

  • Experience in Customer Service and relationship management
  • Strong capabilities in Team Management and leadership
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in analyzing market trends to identify opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or luxury service industry is an asset
