Scope of Work: Refilling of Medical Oxygen Gas Cylinders
Details Scope Of Work
- To ensure the welfare and working area safety for Supervisor and Refiller Operator.
- To check the OT form for Supervisor and Refiller Operator.
- To prepare a refilling schedule if necessary.
- To check with Supervisor regarding the cylinder batch number and make sure the refiller operator prints and pastes the batch number on the cylinder.
- To request for an update on the stock of plastic shrink large and small, yellow stamp, clip pin index.
- Make sure the refilled medical oxygen cylinder needs to go through the standard operation procedure CyloTrack system.
- Pump maintenance such as putting grease must be done every 3 months and fill in the PPM Pump form.
- Ordering goods and maintenance tools.
- To prepare Medical Oxygen Cylinder Filling Report.
- To work closely with QC Inspector for medical oxygen cylinder refilling
- To conduct preventive maintenance for VIE tank and medical cylinder oxygen refilling hoses.
- To update and revise SOP according to onsite suitability for related procedures e.g. preventive maintenance procedure, cylinder refilling oxygen, maintenance cylinder procedure, VIE Tank procedure dan QC procedure.
