Responsibilities
Monitor farm workers and make sure the workers maintain the nutrient solution EC and pH values. Create a schedule of inspection and cleaning for NFT channels and reservoirs. Ensure pumps are running and report if there is pump failure. Track plant growth stages and adjust nutrient formulations accordingly. Create a planting strategy to maximize the usage of NFTs and aeroponic towers. Assist in scheduling planting, transplanting, and harvest cycles across all systems
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Agriculture, Agrotechnology, Horticulture, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or any related field.
- 1â€2 years of working experience in farming, agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, especially those with internship or practical exposure in hydroponic, aeroponic, or mushroom farming.
- Basic understanding of plant nutrition, growing media, and crop cycles.
- Familiarity with hydroponic or aeroponic systems.
- Knowledge of pH and EC meters, water quality testing, and nutrient solution preparation.
- Basic data recording and farm log maintenance skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for record keeping and reporting.
- Willing to work on-site.
