Job Summary
The jobholder is required to undertake a general administrative support function to ensure effective operation of the department, and to carry out other ad hoc/cross-function administrative duties, as and when required by the Head of Department/Division.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain departmental records, registers and document repositories to ensure accurate filing, version control and audit ready documentation (policies, SOPs, forms, meeting minutes).
- Support coordination of meeting logistics to ensure smooth execution and timely follow-ups (calendar, venue/online link, attendance, minutes).
- Support a variety of tasks related to MCMC including submission of procurement application, office stationaries, administrative meeting and workshop arrangement, transport and traveling arrangement, submission of claims etc.
- Support stakeholder management logistics and workflow for Commission Members and Advisors to ensure seamless engagements and professional service delivery (scheduling, accommodation, transport, meeting packs, confirmations/follow-ups).
- Support any ad-hoc or cross-function tasks assigned by the Head of Division/Department in relation to the scope of the division/department in a timely manner to ensure the tasks are delivered accordingly.
Qualification & Work Experience
- Minimum CGPA of 3.00 Diploma in discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience stakeholders managing (senior high-stake management, regulators, inter-agency, industry).
- Exposure environments to regulated/statutory and organisational secrecy/confidentiality obligations.
