As theAssistant Facilities Managerat JLL, youwillplay a crucial role in shaping a brighter way for our key client and fellow employees. Reporting to theGeoAccount Lead, youwillbe responsible fordelivering exceptional Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services to our clientsoperations in the electronics industry. Youwilloverseethedaily operations of building systems and services acrosstheclient's facilities,ensuring workspacesremainfunctional, safe, and efficient.In this role, youwill have the opportunity to strengthen and advance your career, taking on challenges that push the boundaries of traditional facilities management and contribute to JLLs continued success in serving global clients.Travel within your managed region will berequiredfrom time to time to visit client sites and ensure service excellence.
Leadership
Represent JLL by behaving consistently with cultural and company requirements.
Provide services to client in keeping with client's cultural and company requirements.
Provide leadership to FM teamincludeon-sitemanaged vendors personnel.
Ensure high staff morale,trustand work ethics
Build andmaintainan environment that supports teamwork,co-operationand performance excellence within team
Mentor and enable Training & Development of team members
Promote Initiative/Idea sharingwithin the team and beyond
Client/Stakeholder Management
Establish/Strengthen credible relationships with Client and BU Stakeholders
Interact on a regular basis with Client and BU Stakeholders to sustain healthy relationships.
Contract Management
Ensure that all contracts are implemented with excellence at sites and performance managed working closely with respective Regional/Local Sourcing team
Work with Regional purchasing to implementRegionalsourcing strategies
Site Operations Management
Deliver services as defined in the relevant Schedules of the Master Agreement ensuring the implementation and compliance with Best Practice procedures
Ensure critical & key performance measurements & achieve targets
Ensure that Account Management is informedimmediatelyof any Critical Performance incidents on site/s and support in performing the follow-up actions and communications.
Ensure Completion of all required audits and achieve targetsasstated.
Standardize Operating Procedures and ensure compliance with Client's policies and procedures, including all government regulations in the Area
Health & Safety Management
Ensure that all sites meet all legal and ClientrequiredH&S regulations
Ensure that all JLL staff are working in compliance with H&S regulations
Finance Management
Ensure that allmanaged sitesmeet all financial targets and control requirements
Provide oversight tothesites ensuring standard monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and management reports are completed asrequired
Working Conditions
Primary work in an office environment with regular facility walkthroughs
May require occasional evening or weekend work for emergency situations
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
At laast 4 years of experience in facilities managementor related field
Knowledge ofoverallbuilding systemssuch as(HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security).
Knowledge of local regulations related to facilities management
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance requirements
Proficiencyin MS Office and facility management software
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Physical ability to move throughout facilities for inspections and oversight
Proficiencyinfinancial managementand budgeting
Good commandofspoken and writtenEnglishandlocal languages.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of sustainability practices,energy efficiencymeasures,smart buildingtechnologiesand IoT applications
Understanding of space planning and workplace optimization
