Assistant Factory Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily factory operations and production schedules
• Support the Factory Manager in achieving the production targets and KPIs.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate factory workers and team leaders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Identify operational issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Coordinate with departments such as sales, and quality controls.
• Assist in staff training, performance monitoring and discipline matters.
• Monitor inventory levels and support material planning.
• Prepare reports on production output and operational performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering of software or hardware, Sales Business or Management.
• 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Basic leadership and supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of production processes and quality standards.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written). Proficiency in Mandarin is required for communication with China stakeholders.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of working experience who aspire to develop into management roles position.
