Assistant Finance Manager to be based in Kuala Lumpur (Fresh Auditors Welcomed)

Your new role
- Lead Month-end & quarter-end closing, including journal postings, Reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Manage Banking, cash flow monitoring, and full bank reconciliation process
- Oversee Intercompany reconciliations and cross-border finance matters (MY & SG)
- Support Audit, tax, transfer pricing, and statutory compliance activities
- Drive Financial analysis (P&L review, reporting tools such as SAP/BPC/Black line/Anaplan)
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing full-set month-end closing independently
- Prior exposure to pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, or other regulated industries
- Strong understanding of Malaysian & Singapore statutory reporting and tax compliance
- Proficiency in SAP (experience in BPC, Blackline, or similar reporting tools is an advantage)
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under tight reporting timelines.
