A Property Developer is Looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to Join its Business (based in Petaling Jaya)

Your new role
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will be in charge of:
- Monitor and manage daily and long-term cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity
- Prepare and update cash flow projections and financial forecasts.
- Oversee high-volume financial transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare documentation for investment and borrowing applications or withdrawals.
- Manage and optimise available banking and borrowing facilities.
- Liaise with financial institutions to negotiate terms and ensure compliance with covenants.
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Analyse actual performance against budget and provide insights for corrective actions.
- Support strategic financial planning and scenario analysis.
- Supervise recording of collections and payments, including e-invoicing and payment vouchers.
- Review petty cash and corporate credit card claims for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, including auditors, company secretaries, legal advisors, and banks.
What you&aposll need to succeed
To be successful in the role, you will need to possess:
- A minimum Bachelor&aposs Degree in Accounting or Finance and ongoing professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, MICPA or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience within the Accounting and Finance field, preferably in the Construction, Property Development or Infrastructure industries.
- Strong experience in budgeting, planning & looking into cash flow forecast
- Good personality with strong communication skills
- Being able to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
