Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to support our holdings company overseeing manufacturing entities. This role requires strong expertise in full set accounts, consolidation, and a solid understanding of GST and tariff regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Manage full set of accounts and ensure timely month-end/year-end closings.
- Oversee GL functions, audit processes, tax matters, and compliance with GST and tariff requirements.
- Perform group account consolidation for multiple entities.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance executives.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support strategic business decisions.
- Support the Finance General Manager in process improvements and finance projects.
Requirements
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent recognized by MIA).
- Proven experience in full set accounting and group consolidation.
- Strong knowledge of GST, tariffs, and relevant tax regulations.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally within manufacturing.
- Effective leadership and team management skills.
- High ambition and readiness to progress toward a Finance Manager role
