Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team!
As an
Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, we rely on you to:
- Assist in overseeing daily Food & Beverage operations to ensure service excellence
- Maintain high service standards and staff engagement across all outlets
- Support profitability through cost control and operational efficiency
- Monitor outlet performance, revenue, and team productivity
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues effectively
- Assist with budgeting, inventory control, and menu planning
- Supervise and support team development and training
- Support operational improvements and continuous enhancement initiatives
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has a passion for Food & Beverage
- At least 1 year similar position in international 5 star hotels
- Good communication skills and customer relationship
- Creative and open-minded
- Must be a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
- Must be creative and have the ability to lead change
- Follows the market trends closely
- Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times
- Lead the Food & Beverage team to provide the highest standard of service
- Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
- Thinks outside of the box whilst leading change in the hotel
- Acute attention to details
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
