Responsible to strategize, plan, and lead the development and implementation of emerging segments and lifestyle behavior strategies for the consumer market in Malaysia.
Deep understanding of sub-segmentation opportunity size, geographical location, demographic, behavior needs, and pain points for potential new customers as guidance to develop the right value proposition, product, campaigns, and services.
Collaboration with internal and external partners and suppliers in order to achieve the targeted unifi Consumer revenue and profitability.
Responsible to strategize, lead, plan, strategize and review Consumer unifi's emerging segments, lifestyle products, campaign requirements and roadmap with appropriate insights and outlooks.
Formulate, strategize and design key emerging segments within the Malaysian market, their behavior, and key pain point to be addressed.
Architect the value proposition, 3+9 lifestyle solutions development roadmap and operating model for consumer proposition to match opportunities from new technology.
Formulate relevant lifestyle solutions value propositions by developing and launching exciting thematic and tactical consumer products and campaigns to win a share of new customers and drive convergence subscription.
YOU MUST HAVE
Degree in Business Administration / Sales & Marketing / Customers Relationship / Accounting / Statistic. Master's degree or Professional qualification is an added advantage.
Knowledge in Business Model Canvass, Agile and Design Thinking is an added advantage.
WE VALUE
8 - 10++ years experience in the field of consumer strategy, campaign development and performance, preferably in telecommunication industry.
Proven track record and ability to relate insights, pain points and technology to business initiatives.
