Your new role
As Assistant General Manager (Business Development & Project Delivery), you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth and ensuring successful project execution. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading land acquisition initiatives for residential and commercial developments.
- Conducting feasibility studies and preparing GDV (Gross Development Value) proposals.
- Overseeing project delivery from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landowners, agents, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Negotiating and closing deals that align with our strategic objectives.
- Exploring innovative approaches and calculated risks to maximise returns.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in business development and project management within property development or real estate.
- Strong understanding of land acquisition processes, market analysis, and development feasibility.
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Solid project delivery experience, including managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Creative mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and take calculated risks.
