Job Description

Principle Duties :

  • Comply with and carry out all tasks in accordance with the requirements of the Competence Management System, and maintain adequate records for audit purposes.
  • Perform physical checks and counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records of all company property within the facility.
  • Record all incoming and outgoing goods in the inventory system for every transaction, ensuring proper documentation when issuing and receiving goods.
  • Manage minimum stock levels for each item and raise requisitions for new purchases when stock reaches the minimum level.
  • Check and verify the quantity and specifications of incoming and outgoing goods against Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), Certificates of Goods (COG), and other relevant documents for submission.
  • Report immediately to the superior and the Procurement Department any defects or incomplete incoming goods upon receipt. Ensure defective items are properly identified and segregated from received goods.
  • Ensure all received goods are placed in their assigned storage locations accordingly.
  • Report to the superior with recommendations for the disposal of excess, defective, or obsolete stock.
  • Liaise with the Procurement Department and follow up on the status of ordered goods.
  • Assist in collecting all outstanding COGs and DOs from clients offices daily, and deliver outgoing goods to clients warehouses or jetties in accordance with operational requirements.
  • Assist in collecting backloaded equipment and materials from clients warehouses or jetties as advised by Operations, and submit all DOs and COGs to the respective clients logistics departments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including stock cards and system inventory.
  • Ensure good housekeeping practices are maintained within the store and warehouse at all times.
  • Comply with the Code of Business Conduct (COBC) and Deleum's Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) requirements.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Knowledge/Experience Required for The Job :

  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in administrative, clerical, or data entry roles.
  • Able to speak and write reasonably well in Bahasa Melayu and English.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Preferably possess a valid driving license.

Academic/Professional Qualification :

  • Minimum Diploma holder with at least one (1) year of working experience.
  • Fresh Degree holders are encouraged to apply.
