Job Description

Role Summary:

Supports the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing the cleanliness, organization, and overall upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide housekeeping staff during daily operations
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance
  • Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
  • Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly
  • Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and properly used
  • Support compliance with health, safety, and hotel standards
  • Report maintenance issues to the relevant department

Malaysian, Sabahan candidate will be at priority.
