Manage the registration process for the staffs, vendors, visitors and authorities

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Manage the registration process for the staffs, vendors, visitors and authorities
  • Ensure to have a lean process of Govt visitor to IFMY
  • Preventing any strangers or impersonation by identity verification and registration in compliance to IFX Corporate Security Rule
  • Refer visitor enquires to relevant department
  • Ensure all incoming phone calls are attended in a prompt and courteous manner. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls to respective department steno
  • Present a positive, can do attitude and take personal responsibility for own actions
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in the workplace
  • Ensuring visitors are issued with identification badges in order to meet security procedures
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties requested by supervisor
  • Require to handle daily badge inventory and reported to supervisor directly for any incident report of lost badge or missing badge

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

  • Possess at least 2 years working experience in call center or service center will be an added advantage
  • Possess Diploma qualification in related equivalent field. Non-graduates with related work experience will be considered
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken). Additional language will be an added advantage
  • Good knowledge in computer literate such as MS words, power point and excel
  • Great attention for details
  • Able and willing in rotating shift
