Assistant - Insurance Operations (Fresh graduate welcome to apply)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our Operations team. This role focuses on supporting financial processes, ensuring accuracy in transactions, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in cash settlements, reconciliations, trade execution, and disbursement processing
• Liaise with brokers, fiduciary teams, insurers, and clients to resolve outstanding issues (documentation, debts, commissions)
• Assist in preparing and analyzing monthly reports
• Support credit risk analysis and provide recommendations
• Reconcile credit files and investigate discrepancies
• Perform data entry and maintain data records
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs
• Coordinate with stakeholders on reporting, process updates, and performance tracking

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• 1–2 years of experience in credit management (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
