Assist supervisor in managing inventory activities including but not limited to replenishment, cycle count and ABC Management
Assist and act as the led in troubleshooting activities
Ensure each and every KPI are met
Oversee the schedule and attendance of all employees within the department
Ensure the division is staffed with skilled manpower
Maintain efficiency and productivity throughout the entire inventory process and optimize the use of space in the warehouse
Ensure all goods are processed immediately upon arrival into the warehouse
Provide performance reports to Supervisors for review.
Any ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements

1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in warehousing operations
Strong leadership skills, promoting collaboration and teamwork across different departments/stakeholders.
Intermediate computer skills such as Excel and Google Sheet.
Has supervisory experience managing operators
Working hours pattern: 45 working hours weekly, rotational shift schedule, overtime if required
Working location: Bukit Raja, Klang.
