Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, plan, and execute business and promotional programs in alignment with the

company's overall marketing strategy and objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring the provision of accurate

and timely information to support strategic decision-making.

Manage promotional budgets effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI) and ensure

the overall profitability of each key account.

Coordinate and communicate promotional plans clearly to internal stakeholders and external

customers within established timelines.

Oversee the execution of all promotions and activities to ensure they comply with approved

mechanisms and company standards.

Monitor, track, and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities, identifying

opportunities for improvement.

Ensure timely resolution of disputes and discrepancies in accordance with credit control policies

and procedures.

Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of all expenses related to trading terms and agreements with key accounts.

REQUIREMENTS

Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field.

Minimum three (3) years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG or retail

industry.

Prior experience managing key account chains is an added advantage.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to convey information

clearly and effectively.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Must possess a valid driver's license, have own transport, and be willing to travel as required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
