Develop, plan, and execute business and promotional programs aligned with the company's overall marketing strategy and objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring the provision of accurate and timely information to support strategic decision-making.
Manage promotional budgets effectively to maximize ROI and ensure the overall profitability of each key account.
Coordinate and communicate promotional plans clearly to both internal stakeholders and external customers within established timelines.
Oversee the execution of all promotions and activities, ensuring alignment with approved mechanisms and compliance standards.
Monitor, track, and evaluate the implementation of promotional activities to ensure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure prompt resolution of disputes and discrepancies in accordance with credit control policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of all expenses related to trading terms and agreements with key accounts.
Perform any other duties or additional tasks as assigned, consistent with the role and the needs of the business.
REQUIREMENTS
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG or retail industry.
Prior experience managing key account chains is an added advantage.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Must hold a valid driver's license, have own transport, and be willing to travel as required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
