Job Description

Overview:

We're seeking an experienced and driven professional to manage key client accounts and ensure the achievement of sales and distribution goals within defined budgets. This role requires strategic planning, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to lead and develop a sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue and distribution goals while staying within budget constraints.
  • Handle major customer accounts, coordinating with buyers, planning promotional activities, and ensuring high merchandising standards.
  • Conduct in-depth business reviews with key clients on a quarterly basis.
  • Lead and mentor assigned sales team members through regular field visits and coaching sessions.
  • Oversee account receivables to reduce payment disputes and ensure timely collections.
  • Track and analyze trade returns for better stock management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team by contributing actionable insights and helping shape key sales initiatives

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG Food & Beverage industry.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with major clients.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Independent, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
