About the Role

Join Haleon as Assistant Key Account Manager supporting the Pharmacy Channel, where you will drive sales growth, customer partnerships, and commercial execution across key pharmacy accounts. You will play an important role in delivering sales targets, strengthening in-store visibility, and supporting strategic business growth within the channel.

Reporting to: Channel Manager – Key Chain Pharmacies

Location: Ulu Kelang/Ampang, Kuala Lumpur

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and achieve annual sales and volume targets across assigned pharmacy accounts.
  • Execute merchandising, in-store visibility, distribution, and promotional activities aligned with Haleon's commercial and brand objectives.
  • Build strong customer partnerships through strategic business reviews and value-added engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing to deliver effective promotions and optimize trade investments.
  • Manage sales forecasting, stock availability, pricing execution, and SKU listings to support smooth business operations.
  • Conduct regular market and field visits to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and strengthen in-store execution.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2–3 years of experience managing Key Accounts within FMCG, preferably with pharmacy channel exposure.
  • Strong professional selling and negotiation skills.
  • Good analytical thinking and market analysis capabilities.
  • Effective presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
  • Proven experience in managing customer relationships and delivering commercial results.
