Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial presentations while following up closely on sales opportunities.
Key Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term business retention and growth.
Serve as a key contact for customers, ensuring prompt response to inquiries, issue resolution, and service excellence.
Collaborate with customers to identify opportunities for cost optimization, packaging improvement, and operational efficiency.
Project & Solution Coordination
Work closely with internal engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver customized solutions that meet customer specifications and timelines.
Coordinate project implementation, sampling, testing, and solution roll outs to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor customer project progress and ensure deliverables are completed efficiently and effectively.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer developments to identify growth opportunities and risks.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reports for management review.
Support budgeting and sales planning activities to align with business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with operations, procurement, customer service, and technical teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Packaging Technology, or a related discipline.
Minimum 4–6 years of sales or business development experience, preferably within industrial packaging, logistics, manufacturing, or B2B solution-based industries.
Experience managing key accounts and handling project-based sales is an advantage.
