Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across manufacturing, industrial, electronics, automotive, logistics, and related sectors.
  • Conduct customer visits, presentations, and solution discussions to understand business needs and propose suitable packaging or supply chain solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial presentations while following up closely on sales opportunities.

Key Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term business retention and growth.
  • Serve as a key contact for customers, ensuring prompt response to inquiries, issue resolution, and service excellence.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify opportunities for cost optimization, packaging improvement, and operational efficiency.

Project & Solution Coordination

  • Work closely with internal engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver customized solutions that meet customer specifications and timelines.
  • Coordinate project implementation, sampling, testing, and solution roll outs to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor customer project progress and ensure deliverables are completed efficiently and effectively.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer developments to identify growth opportunities and risks.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reports for management review.
  • Support budgeting and sales planning activities to align with business objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with operations, procurement, customer service, and technical teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Job Requirements:


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Packaging Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of sales or business development experience, preferably within industrial packaging, logistics, manufacturing, or B2B solution-based industries.
  • Experience managing key accounts and handling project-based sales is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong commercial acumen with good negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to understand customer operational challenges and propose practical business solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
