  • Responsibilities:

  • Delivering a comprehensive service to enquiring customers
Maintains customer satisfaction by providing problems-solving resources
  • Leads the Customer Service team and being responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations such as warehousing, transportation, shipping arrangement
Develop rapport with customers by ensuring customers satisfaction through trouble shooting issues with professionalism
  • Handled customers new inquiries, complaints, billing and payment extension/service requests
Monitored the daily shipping activities and communicated effectively with Customer Service team members to maintain clearly defined expectations.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.


  • Requirements:
Degree holder in business management or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Mature, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
  • Strong problem solving skill and experience in handling complex customer's issues

Pay: RM6,
  • 00 - RM7,000.00 per month
