Job Description:
- Coordinate with the superior for managing the Engineering, Maintenance, and Facility Teams.
- Collaborate with Operation/Manufacturing/Plant Manager to ensure efficient factory operations.
- Support various departments to achieve overall engineering, facilities, and maintenance objectives.
- Lead improvement initiatives to minimize engineering waste.
- Ensure an effective engineering system aligns with company goals.
- Propose, manage, plan, and execute strategies, budgets, and projects.
- Verify proper utilization of engineering, facility, and maintenance equipment.
- Provide guidance and follow up on engineering issues with respective teams.
Requirements:
- Possess a degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5- 8 years of relevant working experience in management of Maintenance Department.
- Working experience in oleochemical plant is preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge in Electrical Maintenance, PLC, Electrical Power and HV systems.
