Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily maintenance activities to keep warehouse equipment, machineries, processing lines, and facilities running safely and reliably.
- Plan and assign maintenance work to technicians and ensure jobs are completed on time and according to Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
- Lead, supervise, coach, and develop the maintenance team to improve performance and competency.
- Coordinate breakdown and corrective maintenance to restore equipment and minimize unplanned downtime.
- Plan and improve preventive and predictive maintenance activities to align with client's operations.
- Monitor equipment condition and identify potential problems before breakdowns.
- Ensure reliable operations and maintenance of utilities systems, including electrical, water, compressed air, steam, HVAC, and etc.
- Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers, ensuring the work is completed safely, properly, and according to company and client requirements.
- Ensure any maintenance activities are properly updated in the e-Maintenance system.
- Monitor maintenance performance, equipment availability, downtime, and SLA achievement, and take action when targets are not met.
- Apply Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Lean, and continuous improvement activities to improve reliability, reduce downtime, and increase maintenance efficiency.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with company policies, safety procedures, and applicable legal and client requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or any related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferable in managerial role in the automated warehouse solutions industry.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility, interpersonal skills, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
