We are looking for a seasoned Brand Partnerships and CSR professional to drive impactful collaborations and outreach initiatives within the vision care and consumer health space. This role plays a key part in strengthening the brand's positioning as a long term vision care partner through meaningful programs across schools, healthcare institutions, community groups and strategic brand alliances.
Responsibilities
Partnerships and CSR Strategy
- Develop and execute partnership and community engagement roadmaps aligned with brand direction and social impact goals
- Conceptualise outreach initiatives that connect with diverse audiences across different life stages
Brand and Product Development
- Lead the development and upkeep of brand assets including visual content, CI materials, social media assets and merchandise
- Plan and execute end to end marketing initiatives, from brand campaigns to tactical activations
PR and Campaign Communication
- Track and optimise partnership performance across branding initiatives, influencer collaborations, cross partner projects and event related materials
External Stakeholder Management
- Build and manage relationships with educational institutions, healthcare providers, NGOs and corporate partners
- Represent the organisation in proposal discussions, presentations and partnership negotiations
Event and Programme Execution
- Act as project lead for campaigns and on ground activations from planning through execution
- Coordinate closely with internal teams such as marketing, creative and retail to ensure smooth delivery
- Ensure brand consistency, industry accuracy and quality experience at all touchpoints
Reporting and Optimisation
- Prepare post activation reports including visuals, performance insights and improvement recommendations
- Analyse engagement, reach and ROI to inform future initiatives
Budget and Governance
- Manage project budgets and identify cost effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and brand guidelines
Requirements
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Event Management or related fields
- 4 to 7 years of experience in brand development, partnerships, CSR, corporate communications or event management
- Experience within healthcare, education or consumer brands is an advantage
- Strong project management and coordination capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confident presenter comfortable engaging senior external partners
- Highly organised, proactive and detail oriented
- Collaborative team player who works well across functions
- Able to manage projects independently while keeping stakeholders informed
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
