Responsibilities:
- To supervise and coordinate a team of Maintenance and Facilities staff on preventive and corrective maintenance works.
- To establish and monitor on activities in accordance with Company requirements.
- To manage/ oversees the following:
- Building, mechanical and electrical including air-conditioning system
- Water and drainage system
- Safety and security management
- General cleanliness and landscaping
- Manage and supervise facilities upgrading and continuous improvement for both interior and external building and facilities
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Building Services Engineering, Facility Management, Property Management, Construction Management or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 5-years of working experience in building operations and services.
- Hands-on knowledge in handling all technical aspects of building & utilities.
- Well-versed with all laws and regulations governing building management.
- Proven experience in property management roles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
