Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To supervise and coordinate a team of Maintenance and Facilities staff on preventive and corrective maintenance works.
  • To establish and monitor on activities in accordance with Company requirements.
  • To manage/ oversees the following:

- Building, mechanical and electrical including air-conditioning system

- Water and drainage system

- Safety and security management

- General cleanliness and landscaping

- Manage and supervise facilities upgrading and continuous improvement for both interior and external building and facilities

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Building Services Engineering, Facility Management, Property Management, Construction Management or equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum 5-years of working experience in building operations and services.
  • Hands-on knowledge in handling all technical aspects of building & utilities.
  • Well-versed with all laws and regulations governing building management.
  • Proven experience in property management roles.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
