Overview:
The Assistant Manager, Digital Channels Product is responsible for the development of product plans, strategies and tactics in coordination with the Transaction Banking team. The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the promotion of products to develop new markets, increase share of market, obtain competitive position and provide product/channel support. The successful candidate will be reported to the Head of Digital Channels & Enablements.
Job Responsibilities
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a family of products and services and implement the Channel/Product Management discipline within the organization
Develop detailed product/channel requirements and conduct market readiness evaluations during testing phases to ensure product quality and performance goals are met
Participate in cross-functional teams to resolve business issues related to technology projects and digital innovation project with significant business impact
Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on product/channel customization projects and influence decisions through advice, committee, and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization
Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Hong Leong Bank, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Job Requirements
Malaysian citizen
Degree or equivalent
Experience in Transaction Banking, Cash Management, Corporate Internet/Mobile Banking
