Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements, challenges, and goals.
  • Develop and present customized solutions that address customer needs and provide value-added benefits.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue and customer lifetime value.
  • Drive sales growth through effective prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including revenue goals, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide on-going support and assistance to customers, including resolving issues, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experiences in sales, with a proven track record of success in solution selling.
  • Strong understanding of solution selling principles and techniques, with the ability to articulate value propositions and differentiate products / services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with customers at all levels.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in IT and / or Cloud Solutions is an advantage.
