Focusing business development in regional QSR (McD, Subway, Dominos), Kenny Rogers, Secret Recipe, Mr Dakgalbi, Marrybrown, Kawanfood, PK Agro with some technical skills (added advantage), chains account management.
- Research and build relationships with existing and new accounts.
- Drive Solution/ Concept selling via ideation sessions and collaborations.
- Negotiate on price with customer to ensure the total volume and profit target are met.
- Build up strong relationship with customers by high quality services and solutions.
- Co-ordinate with internal business partners from Chef, Research & Development (R&D), Marketing and related functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations to support the business growth plan.
- Conduct regular business review with customers.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant Account Management/Food Service experience, with results-driven/achievement-focused with the end goal in mind.
- Based in Subang office but must be willing to travel around Malaysia as when necessary.
- Possess customer management skills with solid selling essential skills and negotiation skills.
- Possess knowledge and experience in Food Service industry will be added advantage.
