The Operations role within the Asset Management Centre of Excellence (CoE) supports the development, standardisation, and continuous improvement of asset management practices across the organisation. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams to drive operational efficiency, data integrity, governance, and best-in-class asset management processes.
Responsibilities:
Execute and maintain asset management operating standards, procedures, and workflows across business units
Ensure consistent application of asset lifecycle processes, including planning, acquisition, maintenance, and disposal activities
Track, monitor, and report on operational KPIs, service levels, and compliance with asset management policies
Work closely with onshore office and technology teams to implement and sustain CoE processes and tools
Support internal and external audits through data preparation, issue tracking, and remediation actions
Maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and support training and rollout of operational changes
Required Qualifications:
3 -5 years of working experie nce in asset management or financial services industries
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven organization, time management, and presentation skills.
Project management skills and agile knowledge.
