Teleport Guaranteed (TG) is a time-definite cargo product where Teleport commits to delivery within defined service levels. This role owns how TG is experienced end-to-end across customers, commercial rules, operations, and internal systems. Reporting to the Head of TG, this is not a traditional Product Manager role. The Experience & Systems Lead translates TG strategy and commercial intent into clear workflows, system behaviour, and consistent customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end TG experience from booking and confirmation through prioritisation, waitlisting, and exceptions
  • Design and govern TG workflows and decision logic, including availability, pricing triggers, prioritisation, and displacement
  • Ensure commercial rules (pricing, load factor thresholds, customer prioritisation) are consistently enforced in systems
  • Act as the primary interface between TG, Product, and Technology, translating business intent into system requirements
  • Partner with Pricing and Revenue teams to operationalise dynamic pricing and capacity control logic
  • Drive automation and systemisation of TG processes to reduce manual handling and ad-hoc decision-making
  • Ensure transparency and consistency across Sales, Ops, Finance, and Core systems
  • Identify experience gaps, failure points, and edge cases and work with Product and Tech to resolve them

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4 - 6 years experience in logistics, marketplaces, airlines, or other capacity-constrained businesses
  • Strong systems and process thinking
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Comfortable working across Sales, Ops, Pricing, Product, and Tech
  • Able to balance revenue, customer experience, and operational reality
