- Lead the implementation/Ensure the sustainability of Operations Standards across Health and safety, 5S and visual Management, Performance Management, Process Management, Business Continuity and Continuous Improvement.
- Identify and implement/conduct operational improvement studies on productivity, waste identification, and elimination of waste at the operational level.
- Lead Continuous Improvement workshops for assigned areas such as VSM, Process Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, and 8D Problem-Solving.
- Ensure follow-up of ongoing continuous improvement actions. Maintain a good relationship with the Operations team and support Lean activities/CI Improvement.
- Review site CI project submissions from the site team and advise Lean strategies to troubleshoot issues related to Lean tools.
- Develop key metrics/initiatives to monitor and capture non-added value tasks, deviation from the standard process, etc. Monitor performance metrics and measurements related to CI/OE Scorecard and KPI.
- Initiate, develop and assess the site's LEAN maturity, conduct training such as Lean games, Kaizen, 5S, and Lean Introduction Training (LIT).
- University or Polytechnic graduate in Logistics and Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Management or from a relevant technical field.
- At least 3 years CI experience in logistics/3PL, with Lean expertise in warehouse/shop floor environment and digitalization knowledge.
- Lean Six Sigma and Business Analytics qualification will have added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI, Power Apps)
- Self-starter with a positive attitude to overcome problems effectively and able to work under their initiative with minimal supervision.
- Willing to travel interstate &/or overseas on projects as required for agreed durations.
