Job Description

Job Purpose

To support the Corporate Partnerships and Business Development function in driving strategic collaborations, commercial partnerships, and revenue growth initiatives across Sunway Healthcare Group. This individual will manage and strengthen relationships with insurers, third-party administrators (TPAs), financial institutions, corporate partners, and internal stakeholders to expand market presence and enhance business performance.

The incumbent will work closely with hospital leadership and business units to develop, implement, and monitor partnership initiatives, commercial agreements, and growth strategies across the Sunway Healthcare network.

Key Responsibilities

A) Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence

  • Conduct market research and analyse trends in the healthcare industry.
  • Support business performance tracking and partnership evaluations.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business proposals.
  • Assist in feasibility studies and strategic projects.

B) Corporate Partnerships & Business Development

  • Support the management of partnerships with insurers, TPAs, banks, and corporate clients.
  • Assist in coordinating partnership programmes, agreements, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Monitor partnership performance and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support partnership initiatives.

C) Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Coordinate communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support corporate events, health screening programmes, and engagement activities.
  • Prepare meeting materials and follow-up action items.
  • Assist in maintaining strong stakeholder relationships

Who Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Finance, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant working experience in business development, corporate partnerships, key account management, healthcare administration, insurance, banking, or related industries.
  • Prior experience managing relationships with insurers, TPAs, financial institutions, and corporate clients is necessary.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract management, negotiations, and partnership development.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to interpret business and utilisation data.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent presentation, report-writing, and proposal-development skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively across departments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
