- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Trade teams to incorporate commercial activities, promotions and market trends into demand plans.
- Monitor weekly sales performance, identify forecast deviations, and provide insights on risks and opportunities.
- Support the monthly Demand Review and S&OP process by preparing demand analysis and recommendations.
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments to improve service levels while minimising inventory and write-off risks.
- Track forecast performance through key KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias and Service Level, and perform root cause analysis to drive improvements.
- Maintain accurate planning data and product hierarchies within planning systems while supporting continuous process improvements.
- Build strong partnerships across Commercial, Supply Chain and the Regional Planning Hub to enable effective decision-making.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial/Operations Engineering or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning or Analytics, preferably within an FMCG or fast-moving environment.
- Exposure to S&OP, Demand Review processes or working with a regional planning hub is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with planning systems such as FuturMaster or SAP is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across regional and local teams.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a structured and detail-oriented approach to planning.
- A proactive team player who embodies HEINEKEN's values of collaboration, curiosity and delivering results.
