Job Description

The Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing Growth & Intelligence is responsible for managing digital marketing operations, social media performance, AI-enabled content initiatives, and automation execution to strengthen EcoWorld's digital presence and support branding objectives. The role works closely with branding and Business Units to execute integrated digital campaigns and enhance audience engagement.

Responsibilities

1. Digital Campaign Management

  • Manage and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, paid media, and digital platforms.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, content calendars, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support branding, placemaking, launches, and Group-wide initiatives through strategic digital amplification.

2. Social Media & Content Strategy

  • Oversee day-to-day management of EcoWorld's digital and social media platforms.
  • Develop platform-specific content strategies to improve audience engagement and brand consistency.
  • Work closely with content creators, designers, and agencies to produce impactful digital content.

3. AI-Enhanced Marketing Execution

  • Leverage Generative AI tools to improve efficiency in content ideation, copywriting, video creation, and digital storytelling.
  • Explore and implement AI solutions to enhance campaign performance and operational productivity.
  • Ensure AI-generated content aligns with brand standards and communication objectives.

4. Marketing Automation & Workflow Coordination

  • Coordinate automation workflows for reporting, content scheduling, lead nurturing, and campaign optimization.
  • Support integration of automation tools and digital systems to improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive marketing processes through automation.

5. Performance Monitoring & Insights

  • Monitor campaign performance, digital engagement, and audience growth metrics across platforms.
  • Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and insights to support optimization and decision-making.
  • Recommend actionable improvements based on performance analytics and market trends.

6. Stakeholder & Agency Coordination

  • Liaise with internal teams, Business Units, agencies, and external partners to ensure alignment on digital initiatives.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration for integrated branding and campaign activities.
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality control of digital marketing assets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or integrated marketing roles.
  • Experience supporting brand campaigns and digital activations preferred.
