Communicates with Technical, Manufacturing and R&D departments to determine problems and recommend solutions.
Develops creative solutions and alternatives for specific electronics/electrical and control problems in manufacturing.
Monitors and provide technical support for site personnel and outside contractors when necessary.
Assists in machine check-out, RFS tests, installations, start-up, and commissioning activities.
To work closely with manufacturing and technical team to ensure the results of the executed project after commissioning and hand over.
Mentors for the manufacturing staffs on the area of electronics, he provide trainings over control systems programming, networks and process.
Job Requisition
Degree/Diploma Electronics / Control & Automation.
At least 5 years working in areas that requires the use of the technical knowledge preferably in similar industry in a similar position.
Knowledgeable in the scope of technologies and equipment used in the soft disposable hygiene products industry.
In-depth knowledge process of hygiene converting machine / paper converting machine.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Power Point and Word) and Microsoft Project).
In-depth knowledge of Control System: PLC, Servo Motors Controllers, Inverters for Ac motors, HMI, PLS, Vision Systems, robotics and others software and system designed for Industrial use.
Knowledge in manufacturing and maintenance management.
Knowledge in Visual Basic in an added advantage
Knowledge and working experience in Servo Motors, Inverters, Soft-Starters, Controllers, PLC, industrial networks (CC-Link, Profinet, Profibus, Control Net, Ethernet, ModBus), robotics, preferably by Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley), Siemens & Mitsubishi.
Knowledge with MES or SCADA systems, interfaces and connectivity hardware and software.
