Objective
This position is about to lead the development team to support the related application E2E delivery following SDLC, including requirement analysis, estimation, proposal, system design, programming, unit testing, system & integration testing & UAT support and PROD deployment support and BAU support.
Roles and Responsibilities
Basic:
- Support incident troubleshooting
- Communicate with customers to understand business requirement
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable cloud data platforms using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage, and Power BI.
- Prepare project estimation, timeline plans and monitor (effort, cost, schedule)
- Provide SIT/UAT/PROD support
- Provide required documentations per SDLC
- Provide the deliveries to customer following SDLC and maintain good relationship with customer by good service delivery
- Ensure customer perception and visibility through proactive communication
- Provide daily report
Advanced:
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through high quality services delivery
- Discover potential opportunities by understanding customer business and technology
- Report to customer leader about project matters (weekly/monthly)
- Report to team leader about project matters and team (weekly/monthly)
- Responsible to help on team member's capability improvement
- Balance effort between team members
- Complete other related assignments and projects
Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in software development, data integration, or data engineering.
- Deep understanding of insurance data domain and experience on API design based on insurance data domains.
- Require leading the team to have more than two years of experience as a technical leader or project management role directly facing customers, with successful track record of leading teams in end-to-end project delivery.
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services, including:
- Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Azure SQL Database / Synapse
- Azure Storage & Blob
- Azure Logic Apps / API Management
- Strong SQL & Python skills for data transformation and automation.
- Hands-on experience with data integration tools (e.g., Qlik Replicate, Informatica, SSIS).
- Proficiency in Power BI (including DAX, data modeling, and embedded analytics).
- Experience in data governance, data quality, and compliance frameworks (e.g., AML screening, audit readiness).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
